1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Invoice Saint ("the App"), you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the App on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
2. Description of Service
Invoice Saint provides a mobile invoicing platform that allows users to create, send, and track invoices; manage client information; set automated payment reminders; and access business analytics. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. We reserve the right to terminate accounts at our discretion.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Invoice Saint for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm, disable, or impair the service. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service, upload malicious code, or use the App to send unsolicited communications.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality within Invoice Saint — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and icons — are the exclusive property of Invoice Saint and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
6. Privacy
Your use of Invoice Saint is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Invoice Saint shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Invoice Saint is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via the App or by email. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
